First make sure you have a Java VM installed. Then work out how to use the command line on your machine. You may find it useful to get a text editor that gives you a better command line tool than the one that comes with Windows (assuming it is Windows you are using). Then follow the instructions at http://saxon.sourceforge.net/saxon6.5.3/using-xsl.html There is a copy of these instructions in the "doc" directory of the installed software.
