Subject: AW: [xsl] substring-after Not Working in apply-templates From: "Huditsch Roman" <Roman.Huditsch@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Wed, 6 Oct 2004 17:06:03 +0200 |
Hi Ahsan, You might try <xsl:for-each select="@about"> <xsl:value-of select="substring-after(.,'#')"/> </xsl:for-each> As far as I know, using the local-name of the attribute solves this problem. wbr, Roman -----Urspr|ngliche Nachricht----- Von: Ahsan Abbas ASGHAR [mailto:S3047382@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Gesendet: Mittwoch, 6. Do I have to use any other tag rather than xsl:apply-templates or what? Btw, I tried using following code: <xsl:for-each select="@rdf:about"> <xsl:value-of select="substring-after(@about,'#')"/> </xsl:for-each> which (atleast) generates the XML file, but the file does not show any substring extracted.
