Try something like this:

put <xsl:apply-templates select="Break/following-siblings::*"/>
where you tried <xsl:copy-of  
select="Break/following-siblings::*/><xsl:apply-templates  
select="Special"/>


and add this template to the stylesheet:
<xsl:template match="Constant2/*">
	<xsl:copy-of select="."/>
</xsl:template>
