I *do* want the resulting nodes to be REPlaced if there is menus of
MenuTipo=REP. That's why i'm using apply-templates.

Also, the second MenuData in the first tree as a key to the second
tree that i want to get.

What i'm saying is that if the second tree is like this (has REP's)

<Menu>
       <Menu_K>X00125</Menu_K>
       <MenuData/>
       <MenuTipo>TXT</MenuTipo>
       <MenuTitulo>Sub-Ambitos</MenuTitulo>
       <Menu>
               <Menu_K>X00126</Menu_K>
               <MenuData>X00130</MenuData>
               <MenuTipo>REP</MenuTipo>
               <MenuTitulo>Sub-Sub-Ambitos</MenuTitulo>
       </Menu>
</Menu>

then the REPlaces on this second tree dosen4t happen, i'll get something like

<Menu>
       <Menu_K>X00123</Menu_K>
       <MenuData/>
       <MenuTipo>TXT</MenuTipo>
       <MenuTitulo>Ambitos</MenuTitulo>
       <Menu>
               <Menu_K>X00125</Menu_K>
               <MenuData/>
               <MenuTipo>TXT</MenuTipo>
               <MenuTitulo>Sub-Ambitos</MenuTitulo>
       </Menu>
</Menu>

and i wanted to get the replaces for then too.
