It is the correct namespace and if I would have read the first half of
your message I would have realized that.  How are you calling the
transformation process?

This error obviously suggests it it having troubles locating the
extension function but you obviously already knew this.  The only
thing that comes to mind is that you havent referenced the assembly
properly and as such you are still accessing System.Xml.Xsl namespace
methods instead of the EXSLT wrapper to the methods.  What language
are you writing this in and are you calling this from an ASP.NET
script or directly in a C# or VB source file?
