Jon,

Thanks a lot, your code worked great, minus the extra ) ;)

We are using special encoding for all of our database calls, that is
why the < is showing up like it is.

Again, thanks a ton for the help, I was able to put a pain in the neck
project to bed with you little cunch of code.
