[xsl] namespaces gets copied to root node with result-document

Hello all, 
I am making a new html document with
xsl:result-document, and my namespaces I use in my
stylesheet get copied into the html output and i was
wondering why since its not explicitly set, and how to
stop that.

  <head>

outputs this html file

xmlns:saxon="http://saxon.sf.net/";>
