Saxon is the only Java based XSLT processor today which implements XSLT 2.0 spec. You can download Saxon from http://www.saxonica.com and include the jar files saxon8.jar or saxon8sa.jar in system CLASSPATH which ship with Saxon. Saxon-SA is commercial product (the file saxon8sa.jar is for that). Its worth it to buy Schema Aware Saxon if you can. Otherwise you can use Saxon Basic processor.
