Do you mean the browser shows it incorrectly?
What browser? If IE then try View|Encoding and remove auto-select and try on 
UTF-8.
My browser often has problems with UTF-8, if you're able make sure the 
server sends the correct contentType header "text/html; charset=utf-8".
