I'd like to use such a mecanism to make a difference of two XML fragments (to output them in HTML with diffs highlighted, in a test suite engine for XSLT). But I didn't find already free time to really thing about that. I'll look at foldl-tree() (and check soon FXSL for zipTrees() :-p).
