How to declared namespace?

btw, any namespace is always declared in the same way and is "valid" from the element that you declare it on and onwards (deeper). You cannot have any XSLT without the "http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"; namespace in use. Lookup how you did that, and do the same for any other namespace you want to declare. You probably have something like this:

<xsl:stylesheet
   xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"; version="2.0">

to bind the XPath function namespace, you simply change it to this:

<xsl:stylesheet
   xmlns:fn="http://www.w3.org/2005/02/xpath-functions";
   xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"; version="2.0">
