  Hi Adam,

for CSV output, you would typically use
<xsl:output method="text" encoding="UTF-8" />
instead of <xsl:output method="xml" encoding="UTF-8" />
to produce text with UTF-8 encoding.

You may want to run an intermediate transformation,
- to create first XML with a structure similar to your CSV,
- then transform this "XML CSV" to "Text CSV"
