Gives me "^foo^ or ^bar^ or ^fred^".
My problem is I can't figure out how to replace "^" with "'" in the FLOWR expression
concat('''', $n, '''')
Also you could make it a one liner:
xs:enumeration/@value/string-join(concat('''',.,''''), ' or ')
