It would surprise me if this question were in scope for XSL-List.

Please find a more appropriate place to ask general questions such as 
this one. If, after you have a better understanding of what you want 
to do, you find that you have specific XSL questions on how to do a 
transformation, you are welcome to bring those XSL-related questions 
back to XSL-List.
