but as I say
<xsl:for-each select="node()">
<xsl:choose>
will make the stylesheet hard to mnaintain (and probably slower than
need be, especially if the list gets long)
and
<xsl:text disable-output-escaping="yes"><![CDATA[</xsl:text>
is a bug waiting to happen. It's hard tosee how there is any case where
this won't either do nothing (the usual case) or cause broken output (if
you have a < in the data.
