Oops: this should of course be

//colour[not(.='Red' or .='Blue')]

and adjust the rest accordingly.

Sadly, ".='Red' or 'Blue'" will always be true, so 
//colour[not(.='Red' or 'Blue')] will always be empty. This could be 
a difficult bug to trace.
