That xsl:value-of gets the string value of the map:entry, which is an
empty element so it selects nothing.

You probably want to select one of the attributes, eg add "/@codeB" on
the end of it:

$lookupTable/map:table/map:entry[@codeA=$valueOfCodeA]/@codeB
