instead of going

          <xsl:element name="rdf:RDF">


just use
    <rdf:RDF>

as a) it's simpler and makes your stylesheet more readable, and b) when
you use a literal result element all namespaces that are in scope get
copied to the result tree at that point and so you will get all the
namespaces declared on rdf:RDF in the serialised output.
