Another problem. I suspect grouping is the solution here as well; I
want to go from

<p>
    text
    <quote>text</quote>
    text
    <quote>text</quote>
    text
</p>

to

<p>text</p>
<quote>text</quote>
<p>text</p>
<quote>text</quote>
<p>text</p>
