[xsl] XML content check against the ms-excel content

Hi All,

I need help form you,

I have two type of input files, one is xml second one is excel. Both file
has reference title and id. When I view browser in xml file, need to
highlight the title which is wrong id was appeared content only. 

XML file:
<p><reference id="ID001">mulberrytech</note-reference></p>
<p><reference id="ID002">xsltech1</note-reference></p>
...

How is possible, I hope your suggestion.
