[xsl] Getting page numbers to increase only on odd pages

Hi,

I'm trying to show a page count, but only on the odd pages, and have
it only count the odd pages. So, the first page would be 1, third page
would be 2, 5th page would be 3, etc. Is there an easy way to do this?
