[xsl] [Announce] Looming course cancellation - XSLT/XSL-FO training in Europe in April 2013

The XSL and UBL training class early-bird deadline for Crane's 
delivery hosted by the XML Finland User Group next month as a 
fund-raiser has been extended 48 hours in an attempt not to have to 
cancel the classes due to low registration.
