[xsl] [Announce] Two XML training events, Europe and Australia: XSLT, XSL-FO, OASIS UBL, OASIS Code Lists - October 2013 [XSL List]

one (lengthy) message announces two sets of in-depth hands-on XML 
training events for October 2013.

classes before the discount period early-bird date, the classes will 
be cancelled.

p.s. you'll note below that the OASIS Code List class is not being 
offered in Utrecht due to my travel obligation to get to Brisbane in 
time.  This is not an oversight, and I apologize to those in Europe 
who are interested.  I will give all OASIS UBL students in the Europe 
class a copy of the PDF book for the OASIS Code List class.  The 
Brisbane OASIS Code List class will have hands-on exercises and live 
instruction not found in the book.
