 Completely agreed.

There is a small detail here, that the particular work of humankind
that is being discussed here, is still under work and hasn't been
finalized.

All that is taking place is attempting to improve this work and to
make it more usable and doing what it says. Isn't this the main
purpose of publishing a draft of any W3C document, before it has
achieved the status of Recommendation?
