xsl:copy-of select=$foo where $foo is a sequence of variables representing functions is allowed. What does it do?
It does the same as it does for all atomic values, it returns a copy of the value.
As with the discussion on text() it seems that you never actually want to suggest any actual definitions, just complain about the current ones. Strange.
