I'm using Saxon 9.8 (I've tried Saxon 9.8 PE & EE versions that are
available in <oXygen/> XML editor) where saxon:property-order serialization
parameter doesn't seem to work. This serialization parameter seems to be
newly introduced in Saxon 9.9 (as is also mentioned in Saxon's
documentation).
