This should be W. H. bBUDb BARRON.

The typewriter vertical quote isnbt really used in regular text;
neither is the typewriter double quote (").

Of course, where people can choose their own names, someone could
choose to use one in their name.

Youbre right that changing data and representing data are different
things.

Note: youbre, not you're. On Linux with GNOME (for example) you can set
the right alt key to be a Compose key (or choose another key), and then
press compose, then let go and press ' and then let go and press < or >
to get b or b and there are also ways to get this compose key behaviour
on other systems. But the wider question about escaping characters in
the string has alerady been answered i think.
