But I think in the meantime you found the system you have to run your
XSLT 1.0 with uses Xalan C++ 1.2 so I don't see why looking for
xsltproc/libxslt extensions is helpful to write code.

The Xalan C++ 1.2 EXSLT extension functions are listed in
https://apache.github.io/xalan-c/extensionslib.html
