The original red <?XML!> logo (as in the top LH corner of the pop-out menu in the FAQ at https://xml.silmaril.ie/) was, I think, done by Tim Bray (but my memory may be faulty on that point), and there were metal lapel buttons given out at one stage by some generous person. The logo uses the Futura font. How about a matching <?XSLT!> in a different colour? I think there is a lot to be said for a logotype which can be represented in plaintext as well as typographically.
