What is notably missing in the proposed set of languages/tools is: Rx (ReactiveX, Reactive Extensions). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ReactiveX Rx provides a set of operators, using which an Observer may manipulate asynchronously arriving events from any combination Observable streams (that may be infinite in the direction from the past and into the future), analyze, discover and react to found patterns of interest. There are Rx implementations for almost all main programming languages, for example RxJS. Rx.net, etc. This site is greatly recommended: https://reactivex.io/ Thanks, Dimitre.
