Martin and Michael. Is passing of binary data a standard feature of XSLT? It is an opportunity to increase the popularity of XSLT by creating XSLT stylesheets which would create cryptographic checksums. For example, instead of implementing specific code to calculate hash, such as RHash, it be possible to create software that would support XSLT to do that task, instead of creating new implementations. https://rhash.sourceforge.io Kind regards, Schimon
