Something like

xpath-default-namespace=bns1, ns2b or
xpath-default-namespace=bns1 | ns2



As far as I am aware, with Saxon there is the option -ns:##any, that
would match e.g.

B xsl:template match="foo"

in any namespace (including your two specific ones).

I don't think you can set the xpath-default-namespace to two or more
specific URIs at the same time.
