Has anyone been sucessful in renegotiating license agreements to online subscriptions to include E-Reserves? If so what, what worked? I want to request that Dow Jones Interactive allow for E-Reserve use in the WebCT environment at our university. We're thinking, authenticated server, course specific... might help.
