Anticounterfeiting Amendments  of 2002. The Committee adopted an
amendment in the nature of a substitute. The bill, sponsored by Sen. Joe
Biden (D-DE), would make it easier for law enforcement agencies, and
copyright holders, to shut down software, CD and DVD counterfeiters, by
revising existing law regarding labels, authentication features, and
packaging."
