Hello:

I have been asked to look into digitizing a collection of reprints.
These are from existing journals that still fall under copyright. This
collection, which is now in print, will not be available for public use,
but rather for a small study group - less than 5 people.  Right now the
collection is only used by one person. This collection is only for
research purposes at a public university.
