Looking For University Copyright Policies

I have been charged with working with a committee to write an official 
copyright policy for Wake Forest University. This committee will be 
looking at the the policies surrounding using copyrighted materials on 
campus (DMCA, TEACH, etc), not at issues surrounding works created by 
faculty/staff/students (that's another committee).
