Copyright Basics for the Digital World

Knowledge of copyright law and practices is the foundation for the
development of online library services, such as electronic reserves,
electronic document delivery, digitization projects, and for participation
in college and university scholarly communication and intellectual property
policy-making activities. This program provides an overview of copyright
law, including the TEACH ACT, and will highlight practices and
considerations for library services and digitization projects.
