ANNOUNCES FINAL RULES GOVERNING FILING OF NOTICES OF INTENTION TO USE A
SECTION 115 LICENSE (69 FR 34578) The Copyright Office of the Library of
Congress is amending its regulations governing the content and service
of certain notices on the copyright owner of a musical work (37 CFR
201). The notice is served or filed by a person who intends to use a
musical work to make and distribute phonorecords, including by means of
digital phonorecord deliveries, under a compulsory license. For further
