Greetings!

A question for all:

We are in the process of setting up a conference to be held in summer
2005.
"Disabilities and Occupational Therapy" should also feature a film
festival
(fiction and non-fiction). For instance, "Born on the 4th of July", etc.

The conference is organized by the Occupational Therapy department of
Long
Island University in Brooklyn (NY).

So here goes: as this is in the context of an educational institution,
are
there any copyright issues? The films should be presented free of
charge. Is
there any issues related to the distributors/producers (permission,
etc)?

Thanks a lot and Happy New Year to all!!
