International Copyright Report

My director heard about a publication (digital/print).  Thinks it is titled:
Bowker International Copyright Report, published in the U.K.  (No idea if this
Bowker is affiliated with R. R. Bowker, doesn't appear to be.)

Searched the internet: Amazon-UK, Lexis-Nexis, Dialog, R.R. Bowker-UK
Nothing.
Tried variant spellings of Bowker.

Any suggestions appreciated.
