Copyright Protected Materials and Promotional Materials

Good afternoon,



I have an administrator who would like to know what the copyright guidelines
are for using copyright protected materials in college promotional materials
(i.e. the student handbook, brochures, and other related
marketing/promotional flyers, videos, etc.).  Does anyone know of a resource
or have any other information I can share with our administrator?



Any and all feedback is appreciated and I will summarize for the list if
there is an interest.
