The Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property
(PIJIP) invites you to attend our ongoing series, bIntellectual
Property and the Supreme Court,b and is delighted to co-sponsor
this event with the Federal Circuit Bar Association.  For each
case concerning intellectual property law heard by the Court,
PIJIP will host a panel discussion with counsel for parties and
selected amici on the afternoon after the oral argument.
Discussants will explain the merits of the case and provide fresh
commentary about the argument.  Each discussion is open to the
public and is available as a live and on-demand webcast.

On February 19, 2013, the Supreme Court will hear the Bowman v.
Monsanto argument, addressing patent exhaustion regarding seeds
sold for planting and other self-replicating technologies.  The
afternoon after the argument, PIJIP is hosting a panel discussion
with counsel for parties and selected amici.
