The 'Level XX' screen has an odd number of lines, resulting in the
typical PAL colour loss.
Also the colours look pretty strange on PAL.(e.g. green background)
If you are really going multicoloured, it would be nice, if you could
use colours, that look good on NTSC and PAL. Or maybe you could add
a TV standart selector switch, that would change between two different
colour sets.
