[stella] Intellivision Programming Update

Just thought I'd keep all the Stella folks updated on info regarding
Intellivision programming.

As part of my Magus 2 order I just received a copy of an original Intellivision
programming guide called "You friend, the EXEC". It's newly copyrighted by
"Intellivision productions" so I haven't scanned it and put it on the web,
as is my instinct. :)

I'll probably paraphrase the thing and type it in as I get time. The interesting
thing is that the whole manual uses labels for EXEC routines, and it has no
symbol table. Not much use without an assembler, with the symbol table file.

Thanks for allowing this off-topic mail...
