That's the problem.  If you introduce a commercial 2600 game into an
environment filled with people who can routinely read EPROMs off or
convert WAVs to BINs, there is no way to avoid piracy. 

It makes more sense to give it away as Bob Colbert has done, and then try
to get people to buy the physical cart or CD simply for the production
values. 

For the record, one particular item from the Stella CD has been heavily
pirated since Stella's release--Carol Shaw's 2K Polo game.

I wish there were a way to copy-protect BINs, use keyfiles or something,
but I don't see how it's possible.
