Bob had permission of Bridgestone media to put the .WAVs up on his site.
And before you go into the "Permission of Atari" thing, it turns out
that their permission isn't needed at all because Atari doesn't exist anymore.

Read the copyright law. Only the owner of a copyright has the ability to
grant usage rights.

Atari only had "Exclusive Usage Rights" they did not own the copyrights.
Therefore Atari did not have the legal rights to grant usage to another
body. Atari could not transfer their Exclusive Usage Rights to JTS and
when Atari ceased to exist, so too did their Exclusive Usage Rights.
Infact, I've got a letter from Bridgestone that says they're eager
and willing to grant such rights again to another party for the right
price.

So Bob was not in the wrong. He had (still has) permission to distribute
the Supercharger games online.

Well luckily for me my world doesn't revolve around the respect of Glenn
Saunders. I find it odd though that you're so against Rescue Bira Bira,
yet openly encouraged me to distribute hacks of Hangman and Adventure.

If... if... if... We've been hearing your "ifs" ever since Stella went out
of production. If doesn't cut it for the people who want to play the
Supercharger games but wern't one of the lucky few to get a CD.
So either give it up, or re-issue the damn CD. Bridgestone is willing to
talk terms, remove Polo from the CD and you don't have to worry about
JTS. Bridgestone even said they'd be willing to grant commercial usage
rights of the Starpath library (although those rights will cost significantly
more than not-for-profit usage).

Look, I brought this up in a private E-mail to you. For reasons that escape
me you decided to move this into Stella so don't tell me I shouldn't have
brought this up and to move along.

                                 CRACKERS
                         (Sheesh from hell!!!!!!!!!)
