Hmm..  Scrambling the address and/or data lines so that if I pop the
EPROM out and read it "normally" with an eprom programmer I'll get
gibberish.  

But I have a Bruce Tomlin (r)(p)(tm) Cart-o-matic 7800 and a 6502/7 ICE
so it'll take me what? Hmm 16K at 2.3chars/byte @ 10 bits/char.   With
the Cart-o-matic it'll take me 157 seconds (at 2400 baud) or 2 minutes,
37 seconds to get a dump.  Dang, that's tough!  I'd better use the ICE
as it connects at 9600 baud, so It'll take 40 seconds to dump 16K, plus
time to trigger the banks.. call it a minute flat.     I think Kevin
Horton's cart-dumper would put my meager tools to shame though. :(
