Kevin's web-site seems to be offline, and I've lost my local copy of Kevin's
backswitching details.  Would someone be so kind as to mail me a copy
[mailto:david@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] so I can finish-off a walkable test world
for the RPG development.
