[stella] StellaX 1.1.3a

I rescenltly downloaded a few copies of Stella(X) for Windows95/98, but I
could only get them to run in full screen mode, they won't run windowed. I
had to go back as far as 0.7 to get a windowed copy.

Any information on this would be appreciated
