Very entertainingly whacky.
Got me wondering - why not use a TV-Boy for something similar?  Way-smaller
circuit board.
Now, the TV Boy doesn't have a cart port - but it definitely has some
ROM(s).
I was thinking, would it be too hard to replace the ROM with a link to a
cart connector, then you have most of what you need for a portable 2600....
the controller/buttons are built in, also the RF modulator, and even the
battery space.  All you really need is a small colour screen and you'd have
something about the same size as a Gameboy.
Just a few thoughts.
